Add Milk: Heat the milk for a few seconds in the microwave before pouring it into the saucepan. Mix well until all lumps disappear.

Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
